YUMMY GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL NO SUGAR
Hey guys! Today I am sharing my go to breakfast, a yummy green smoothie bowl without sugar, this green smoothie bowl is super easy to make and so delicious!
I basically mix and match depending of the ingredients that I have in the fridge, this time I made the green smoothie with banana, kale, zucchini, coconut oil and protein powder.
When I make my green smoothie bowls I like to add different toppings to get benefits from each ingredient.
This yummy green smoothie bowl is fresh, delicious, and it will fill you up, perfect to have energy in the morning, also this breakfast bowl is nourishing and nutritious.
ingredients for the green bowl:
2 handfuls of kale
2 tbsp protein powder
2 cups almond milk
a tsp coconut oil
ingredients for the toppings:
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup coconut chips
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp almond butter
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 2 serves
In a blender or food processor add all the ingredients listed for the green smoothie bowl, blend at high speed for a minute or so to get a creamy and smooth texture.
Pour in two bowls and finish by adding the toppings.
You can keep the leftovers in the fridge for 3 days.
