This granola is amazing, has a high content in vitamins E and C, minerals and other essential nutrients, including dietary fibre, potassium, sodium, zinc, phosphorus, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine and more.

The whole grain, oats and nuts contain high levels of dietary fibre, for 1/2 cup of granola you will get approximately 7 grams of fibre, so if you consume a daily average of 1700 calories you should consume 23.8 grams of fibre daily (For healthy adults 14 grams are recommended every 1000 calories consumed).

It contains soluble and insoluble fibre, the soluble fibre attract water and form a gel which slows down digestion, it makes you feel full longer and this helps to control weight.

It is really delicious, when I created the recipe I decided that I wanted to have all my favorites nuts in it so is very special for me, each ingredient it has an incredible flavor and the vanilla brings all the flavors together is awesome, every time that I have it with my breakfast I am feeling really energetic and happy for hours. It is perfect because doesn’t have any added sugar, so you know that all the ingredients are really good for you. I love to have it with homemade almond milk and fresh blueberries or strawberries, on top of a smoothie or with coconut yogurt. Is great for breakfast or as snack, is so easy to make and delicious everyone loves it.
