Since I moved back to Spain I´ve just been loving a lot this green smoothie, it is really fresh and recomforting after my work out in the mornings. It really replenish the nutrients in my body and fuel me up to help rebuild my muscles after my work out.

Any post workout green smoothie should have healthy carbs, protein, and liquid for rehydration, I also highly recommend use coconut water as it is really high in potassium which is key for rehydration, along with sodium, magnesium and calcium, the electrolyte helps keep up fluid balance in the body, potassium also can help to prevent muscle cramps, so, don´t forget your coconut water!

This smoothie is really creamy and a bit thick , sometimes I like to have it in a bowl with some cereals and fruit on top.
