Hi everyone! Today I want to share with you my favorite pink berry protein smoothie, it is my go to after my work out. I love the flavor of the berries with the coconut milk and the creaminess of the bananas and how simple and easy is to make it.

I really like this pink berry protein smoothie because besides its delicious flavor,  I am having a really complete nutritional intake in the mornings.

The berries  and bananas are high in antioxidants, great for skin, heart and bones, hemp protein really helps to boost my inmune system, it is really high in vitamins and minerals. The chia seeds and flax seeds are rich in omega essential fatty acids that have heart-healthy effects.

It is a really delicious option to make sure that we start the day with lots of energy!




1 cup of strawberries

1 cup of raspberries

2 bananas

1 tbsp hemp protein

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp of flax seeds

2 cups of coconut milk

for the toppings:

2 tbsp coconut chips

1 tsp chia seeds

10 raspberries

total time: 10 minutes

serving size: 2 serves


Just put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency.

Top each smoothie with some coconut chips, chia seeds and 5 raspberries. ENJOY!
