These orange tahini energy balls are delicious! They really fill you up, as they are made with cashews, dates, and tahini.
Also, the mix of seeds is super healthy, full of vitamins for your body, I added some orange juice for freshness, it works great with the tahini.
a cup pitted dates
a cup of cashews
3 tbsp orange juice
1/2 cup tahini sauce
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1/3 cup flax seeds

To make this yummy energy balls, in a food processor, blend first the cashews to get like a powder texture, then add the dates, tahini sauce, and orange juice, blend until you get like a paste consistency.
To make each ball, simply take around a tablespoon of the paste, shape with your hands a ball and do the same until you use all the paste.
In a bowl, mix the seeds and roll each ball into the seeds mix to cover the energy balls with the seeds, you are done!
You can leave the seeds energy balls into the freezer to harden a bit, enjoy!
