MY GO TO ACAI SMOOTHIE BOWL BREAKFAST

Hey guys! Today I am sharing my go to acai breakfast bowl, a super charge antioxidant colourful bowl, this acai smoothie bowl is super easy to make and so delicious!

It is perfect to make in the morning as it is really easy to make, simply blending the ingredients and choosing your favourite toppings you will get a really delicious and nutritious bowl.

When I make my acai bowls I like to add different toppings to get benefits from each ingredient.

This yummy acai smoothie bowl is fresh, delicious, and it will fill you up, perfect to have energy in the morning, also this breakfast bowl is nourishing and nutritious.

 

 


INGREDIENTS


ingredients for the acai bowl:

2 frozen bananas

a cup of frozen berries

2 tbsp protein powder

a cup of coconut milk

a tsp coconut oil

2 tbsp acai powder

ingredients for the toppings:

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup pistachios

1/4 cup coconut flakes

1/4 cup flax seeds

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup blueberries

2 tbsp almond butter


Preparation time: 15 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 2 serves

METHOD

In a blender or food processor add all the ingredients listed for the acai smoothie bowl, in a regular blender, blend at high speed for a minute or so to get a creamy and smooth texture.

Pour in two bowls and finish by adding the toppings.

Delicious!

You can keep the leftovers in the fridge for 3 days.
