For this homemade garlic bread recipe that I am sharing with you, I just made it with vegetable butter but you can also use instead olive oil.
For those who always want more, you also have the option of adding vegan cheese and then gratin the garlic bread in the oven.
HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE GARLIC BREAD?
Preparing garlic bread at home is very easy.
You have two options depending on the time that you have, on one hand we can make the bread ourselves by preparing the dough and once it cools down we will cut the bread and then add the butter and garlic mixture.
On the other hand, the fastest option and easiest is to buy a baguette or to buy your favorite bread and from here make the garlic bread recipe.
You can choose the best option that fits your time, anyway you will end with a crusty bread with a moist inside due to the vegetable butter.
What I love about this homemade garlic bread is that you can freeze it and when you want to eat it, you only need to reheat it in the oven, in the microwave, in a pan or even on a grill.

If you are wondering WHERE CAN I BUY GARLIC BREAD?
In my case, I find it difficult to find 100% vegan garlic bread, so if I don’t have time what I usually do is to buy bread at my local bakery, and with this recipe in less than 10 minutes it is ready to eat.
Vegetable butter, 100 g
Garlic cloves, 7
Fresh chives, 2 tablespoons
Fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons
Salt, ½ teaspoon
Pepper powder, ½ teaspoon
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes – 20 minutes
Serving: 4 servings
Using a mixer or food processor, add the butter, garlic, chives, parsley, salt and pepper, blended for 20 seconds.
Cut the bread as if we were going to cut slices, but without reaching the base, as you can see in the picture, distribute the mixture that we have prepared between each slice.
Bake at 200ºC for 5 minutes until golden.
- Open the Chefbot, place the chopper accessory, add the butter, garlic, chives, parsley, salt and pepper, chop for 20 seconds at speed 6.
- Cut the loaf of bread as if we were going to cut slices, but without reaching the base, as can be seen in the photo, distribute the mixture we have prepared between each slice.
- Bake at 200ºC for 5 minutes until golden brown.
If you have leftovers you can keep it in the fridge for 2 days, another option is to freeze them, I have tried it and if you remove it from the freezer the night before the day you want to consume it, it is perfect.
