This healthy apple cinnamon granola is crunchy, it has a intense flavor coming from the butter, love the cinnamon and the apple mixed with the ginger. The coconut oil gives a nice sweet touch to the mix.



5 cups of rolled oats

1 cup laminated almonds

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 vanilla pod

a sliced apple

2 tbsp grated ginger

3 tbsp agave syrup

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup almond butter

ingredients for the blueberry sauce

1 & 1/2 cup blueberries

1 & 1/2 cup coconut water

1 tbsp agave syrup


Start by preheating the oven at 200ºC.

To prepare the healthy apple cinnamon granola, in a large bowl mix all the ingredients for the granola and place them on a baking tray ready to go to the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 200ºC stirring every 10 minutes or so until crispy golden brown.

To make this yummy blueberry sauce, in a medium size pan cook the blueberries, coconut water and agave for 25 minutes at medium heat, you should get a smooth sauce.

Store each the granola and the blueberry sauce in airtight containers. The healthy apple cinnamon granola will last you fresh 7 days and the sauce 5 days
