Love these super tasty crackers with the delicious guacamole. Love them fact that these crackers are super healthy as well! It is a great way to incorporate super foods as chlorella or chia seeds in your recipes, as I usually have them just in smoothies.

I enjoy these crackers with guacamole, hummus or any dip sauce or even soups. The guacamole is savory and fresh, love this combo to have it as appetizer with some friends or just to have it ready as light dinner.

3 ripe big avocados

the juice of a lemon or a lime

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

8 sliced cherry tomatoes

2 sliced dried tomatoes

1/2 chopped red onion

½ to 1 tsp Himalayan/sea salt

½ to 1 tsp ground pepper

1 tsp dried coriander

total time: 50 minutes

serving size: 4 serves




1.blend the avocados, the juice of a lemon and the olive oil. a mixing bowl, pour the mix that we just made, the sliced tomatoes, sliced dried tomatoes and the chopped red onions.

3.add pepper and salt, add a bit of each and taste it.

4.garnish the guacamole with dried or fresh coriander.

It will last 3 days if you store it in a airtight container in the fridge.



¼ cup pistachios

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup Chia seeds

1 tsp Chlorella powder

¼ cup buckwheat flour

2 tsp dried herbs de provence

½ tsp Himalayan/sea salt

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 cup filtered water



1. start by preheating the oven to 150ºC / 300ºF.

2. mix all the ingredients in a medium size bowl, leave to sit for 30 minutes. You´ll see that the mix it will thicken to a dough.

3. then cover a baking tray with baking paper.

4. once the dough is ready, spread the dough evenly over the tray, make sure that it is a thin layer as we want to make a really crispy cracker.

5. cut the dough with a knife into cracker size squares.

6. bake it in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.

7. once the crackers are ready, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool.

It will last 5 days if you store it in a airtight container in a dry place.
