This is a pretty delicious dessert, filled with bananas, cocoa, vanilla and delicious dates. Love to make this chocolate shake & vanilla yogurt, so fresh. It feels like glorious in a hot day or when I am craving for ice cream. YUM!
1 cup of plane vegan yogurt – I use coconut yogurt
1 cup frozen bananas
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 vanilla pod
50g dark cocoa bar – I use 70% cocoa content
5g dark grated chocolate
total time: 20 minutes
serving size: 2 serves
Let´s do this chocolate shake & vanilla yogurt! start by melting the dark cocoa bar, in the meantime we´ll make the white base.
Blend the vegan plane yogurt with the vanilla and a date, reserve this mix in a bowl.
Now we´ll make the cocoa base, add to the blender the frozen bananas, a date, raw cocoa powder, oats and almond milk. Blend until you get a nice consistency.
Once your cocoa is melted, cover the edge of the glass with some melted chocolate. Then pour around a tablespoon in each glass, add the vanilla yogurt, the cocoa mix and then top it all with some grated chocolate.
You can add mores dates or agave syrup if you like.
