Hi guys!!! Today I´ll bring you a delicious snack for the cheesy lovers like me 🙂 these cheesy kale chips are healthy, vegan, animal friendly, everything you want in a snack.
This cheesy kale chips have a delicious cheesy flavor, I just love them! I use to enjoy kale chips just by themselves but these ones are just TOP, I love that they have nutritional yeast too as it has some vitamin B12, amazing for vegans. Kale is amazing too, it has iron, vitamin K, antioxidants, vitamin A among other, and it doesn’t have any fat.
This cheesy kale chips are amazing to take to work, to prepare as entree with friends or just to enjoy by yourself. Love snacks like this, easy to prepare, healthy and really delicious!
250g fresh washed kale
3/4 cup cashews
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp sea salt
preparation time: 15 minutes
total time: 45 minutes
serving size: 4 serves
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Pour in a blender cashews, milk, nutritional yeast and sea salt, blend until you get a smooth silky cream.
In a bowl, mix the kale with the cheesy sauce, to do so just massage with your hands the mixture, it helps to soften the kale.
Cover an oven tray with some baking parchment, then pour the kale, make sure that the leaves are separated.
Pour the tray in the oven, cook at 200ºC for 10 minutes and then raise the oven temperature to 250ºC for another 10 minutes, make sure that you check them, they can burnt easily.
If you cook the kale chips at the same temperature it won´t work, you need to increase the temperature. I really hope you enjoy them!! Olivia love them too! 😉
