This week I´ve been enjoy so much this cacao bar with quinoa pretzels & pistachios! I am having it with my cuppa of tea at nigh or when I feel a little bit hungry.

It is a super easy recipe, everyone can make it! I love the mix of dark cacao with the crunchy and salty bretzels, the pistachios in there adds a nice nutty touch.


200g dark cacao (I use 70% cacao)

3/4 cup pretzels quinoa

1/4 cup crushed pistachios

total time: 15 minutes

serving size: 8 serves


to prepare this cacao bar with quinoa pretzels & pistachios we will start by melting the cacao, whilst the cacao is melting, cover an oven tray with baking paper.

once the cacao is melted, pour in on top of the baking paper, then top it with pretzels and sprinkle the crushed pistachios.

Leave it to cool down on the fridge for an hour, then, break it with your hands and enjoy!
