This banana pancakes recipe is my favorite breakfast for Sundays, I love to have breakfast out on the weekends but I usually have breakfast out on Saturday and on Sunday I like to have it at home.

So this is my go to on Sunday! It is so delicious, love the fact that you can change completely just adding different toppings each time.

This banana pancakes recipe is warm, spongy, sweet… Love the fruit on top, so much flavor! It is perfect with my cup of tea and my blood orange juice, this is just a perfect Sunday! 🙂

2 bananas

½ vanilla pod

½ cup almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon powder

¼ tsp sea salt

1 tbsp coconut oil


1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 cup blueberries

1 sliced plum

1 sliced banana

total time: 20 minutes

serving size: 2 serves


tart by blending the bananas, vanilla, almond milk, cinnamon and sea salt.

Add some coconut oil in a large frying pan at medium heat.

Pour 3 tbsp of the batter to make each pancake, cook them for approximately 2 minutes of each side.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve with warm toppings, I like to warm them in the pan with the remaining coconut oil and some maple syrup.
