This banana coconut cream is extremely easy, just a blender is required, you´ll get a super creamy nice cream , fresh and delicious. I recently discovered date syrup, I knew that exists, but I never tried, it is amazing! is really consistent, it tastes like caramel, so delicious! I read as well that date syrup is great as antibacterial.

6 frozen bananas

1/4 cup coconut cream

2 pitted medjool dates

1/2 vanilla bean

a coconut in halves


1 tbsp cacao nibs

1 tbsp date syrup

total time: 15 minutes

serving size: 2 serves


In a blender, add the bananas, coconut cream, dates and vanilla, blend it all together.

Serve in each of the coconut halves, then top with cacao nibs and date syrup. Yum!
