ACAI BOWL RECIPE

I can see acai bowls everywhere, they are so delicious, the mix of acai bowl with the banana, granola and variety of fruits, just perfect.

Acai is a berry from Brasil, it has a really high contact in antioxidants so with each tablespoon of this acai bowl you´ll be protecting yourself from free radicals.

Besides delicious it is very healthy, do you need more reasons to prepare an acai bowl ?

INGREDIENTS:


2 bananas

2 glasses of almond milk

2 tablespoons of acai powder

1/2 cup granola

4 strawberries

a handful of blueberries

a handful of raspberries

a handful of blackberries


total time: 15 minutes

serving size: 2 serves

METHOD:


In the blender, add the bananas, milk and acai, blend until a homogeneous consistency.

Serve it in a bowl and add granola and fruit like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries to your liking. I hope you like it!
